The service provided by Kerry, Al, Ibeth, Sabai, Abdul, & Hassan was exceptional, with staff well-versed in accommodating various needs during this time. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Galleria and great restaurants, despite some road construction obstacles. The dining experience was top-notch, especially with freshly baked European bread. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Dallas.
The hotel was a bit dark but very comfortable and welcoming. The double room had two double beds, which was a surprise. The check-in process was smooth, and they accommodated our room preferences.
